My “Top 5”

Git yer mind outta the gutter!

This isn’t a list of those famous celebs that I’d be allowed to sleep with if I were ever given the chance.  This is a list of the top 5 places I go for “hard facts”, opinions, and trashy celeb gossip every morning to see what’s going on in the world.

CNN  ( – I usually link out to other sites like Forbes from here, but I always start at CNN first.

E News (

National Retail Federation (

Smart Brief  ( – I subscribe to several of their daily “summaries” specifically regarding legal, retail and leadership news and information.

The Kansas City Business Journal  (

What are some of your favorites?

  1. Oh good, hehehe. A comment (wringing hands and laughing devilishly)

Hmmm….Fox News, because that’s “fair and balanced” news, right? They even say it on their home page so it MUST be true. Hasn’t anyone ever taught you that when someone has to say it, it probably isn’t true? For example, when someone says “honestly, blah blah blah” they aren’t telling you the truth. It’s going to take a lot more than a little ribbing to switch to Fox News. Bring me a credible conservative resource and I’ll gladly add it to my Top 5 – or 6 as it will then be.

  2. Try rather than CNN. Oh, that’s right, you probably prefer the liberal bias of the network formerly known as the “Clinton News Network”. 😉
